Grilled Tarragon Tuna Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup light vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 4 (6 oz. each) fresh tuna steaks, cut 1/2 -inch to 3/4-inch thick
- 8 cups (8 oz.) salad greens
- 1 cup tomatoes (teardrop, grape or cherry)
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper strips
- 1-3/4 cups (7 oz.) Sargento® Bistro® Blends Shredded Mozzarella & Asiago Cheese with Roasted Garlic, divided

Combine salad dressing and tarragon. Spoon 2 tablespoons dressing over tuna steaks. Grill over medium-high coals 2 minutes per side, or until tuna is seared on the outside, but still very pink in center (do not overcook or tuna will be tough).

Combine salad greens, tomatoes, bell pepper strips and 1 cup cheese in large bowl. Add remaining dressing mixture; toss well. Transfer to serving plates; top with tuna and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with pepper.
