INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup light Caesar salad dressing or light vinaigrette
 

DIRECTIONS

    Arrange lettuce on a serving plate. Mix cheese and bacon Arrange cheese mixture, tomatoes, olives, green onions and, if desired, eggs in a row attractively over lettuce.
