Sharp Provolone and Ham Panini with Artichoke Mayo

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Blend artichokes with mayonnaise, salt and pepper in blender.
  2. Place 3 slices of ham and cheese between 2 slices bread; repeat.
  3. Grill for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Open panini and spread a spoonful of artichoke mayo on top of ham and cheese. Close before serving.
