Country Garden Picnic Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 3/4 cup diagonally sliced celery
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. celery seeds (optional)
DIRECTIONS

Combine corn, cheese, celery, tomatoes and green onions in medium bowl; set aside.

Combine vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt in small bowl. Gradually add oil, whisking until smooth and thickened. Stir in celery seeds, if desired.

Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill several hours or overnight before serving.
