Mexican Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 medium red delicious apples, diced
  • 1-1/2 cups red or green seedless grapes
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • Red leaf lettuce leaves (optional)
 

DIRECTIONS

    Combine kiwi, apples, grapes and cheese in large bowl.

  • 2

    Combine honey and lime juice. Toss gently with fruit mixture. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
